Our Policies

Tardiness

We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are going to be late please call/text your stylist and let them know.  If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we have the liberty to cancel and reschedule your appointment.

 

Cancellations | No Shows

We understand emergencies happen. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice to cancel your scheduled appointment.  Less than 24 hours notice, will require a $50 fee paid before your next appointment is booked.  Payment can be made via Square invoice.

 

No shows will require a $50 fee and a non refundable deposit will be required to book any future appointments . Deposit will be 50% of total service.

 

More than two no shows and you will no longer be able to book appointments. Payment can be made via Square invoice.

 

Payments | Refunds

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Returned checks $35 fee. No refunds will be provided for any services.  If you are unhappy with your service please reach out to your stylist and allow them to rectify the situation.

 

Children

The staff at DV8 loves children.

 

However , we ask that you make childcare arrangements and not bring children to your appointment unless they are receiving services.

 

Even the best behaved children are subject to danger in a hair salon. We have many hot tools, sharp objects, and chemicals that could be dangerous to your children.  We simply want to keep a safe working environment for our staff and keep your children out of harms way.

 

Pets

Due to liability and safety issues, we only allow registered service animals in the salon.

 

Health | History | Illness

For your comfort and safety please notify the staff if you have any allergies, physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant.  If you experience discomfort or any symptoms during your service please alert your stylist.

 

If you have a fever, flu like symptoms, or overall general illness, please cancel your appointment and reschedule when you are feeling better.

 

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone.
